Exchange and return of goods

You can return the order to us within 14 days of delivery to the address: Novakabelka, s.r.o. Litevská 1174/8, 100 00 Praha 10. Please write to us in the package if you wish to exchange the goods for others or return the money to the account.

Please return the goods to us unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

In the package, insert this completed return form together with the goods.
